Vitelity is a VoIP telecom company, often used by overseas scammers or fraudulent telemarketers to make cheap calls to the U.S. that can appear to come from any U.S. area code.
Heck, beware of all calls from anyone you don't know. With the Do Not Call laws, there is very little cold calling by legitimate telemarketers anymore. The telephone is primarily a tool of scammers.

This caller id Vitelity calls all hours of the day. When we try to answer to tell them to quit calling, there is nobody there! How do we get them to quit calling??
