i have booked and cancelled two tickets from irctc online booking and got the mail form irctc that the amount is refunded in my hdfc account but it is  done i contacted the bank they said they have not receivced the money i dont know what to do please help the date on which the of transction and the date on which it is done

    i canceled my ticket on 13/10/11 (Pnr Number: 6200859953,Transaction ID: 0387200400) but till today i did not receive refund money in my account. please take essential action on it and refund my money

    Railway   Complaint for Tatkal

    I as common man has a query related to tatkal booking that if  I am travelling from NJP to Howrah .I have booked a tatkal seat for the above journey , now  for  forward journey to Nagpur . I need more tatkal reservation, How it is possible for me to get such tatkal reservation before one day as per the rule laid down by Indian railways. this is not  the case of mine only , lot of passenger are facing such kind problem . rather it become big issue for day to day travelling for a common man who can not afford  other expensive means of transport, Please suggest what to do at least  two or three days before tatkal  process correct for all person.  u just think  as a common person . Govt. and  minister always made new rule for public without asking to public  and the public always face such type of problem because   the ministers   doesn’t travel  the train. So who will face such problem -  aam public.  So plz rectify this problem because we respect our railways rule but consider this serious problem.

    I booked ticket for 5 passengers on 13march for date of journey 5.04.2012 to amritsar jn in swaran shatabdi on waiting list and ticket was not confirmed on 5. 4. 12. I deposited back original ticket at new delhi rly stn on 9.4.12 for refund of rs 2355.  But no refund received so far. I again sent a reminder on 10. 6. 2012 by regd post. but of no use. So pl send the refund at the earliest.

    Rs.796/- has been debited through ATM Card in my account at IOB.  Yours reference No.0546957462.
    But the ticket was not booked as informed by you due to communication problem on 18-08-2012.  You have also informed me that the amount will be credited to my Bank Account.  But, till date, the amount has not been credited.  Please expedite the same.
