Unsolicited Phone Calls

I receive a computer call that states I'll be receiving a"Free hHome Security system and to press 1 to talk to someone.  When she came on the line and asked how I was I told her I was confused because I was on multiple Government Do Not Call list and didn't know why they were calling me. She said "Good for you "and hung up.  Rude,  crude,  and socially unacceptable.
