Damaged products delivered

Very bad service. I had packed cartons with clothes and books to be shifted to a different city.  Not only was the delivery 5 days late but most of my things damaged. The carton which I had packed was cut open and the things strewn all over. I had to pick them up piece by piece and carry them out. Also my books were water damaged. Basically using their services is equivalent to throwing away your things.
