Ive read and reread a ton of negative things about processing HUD and VHA loans through smart tools.  Im scared to death of these scams!!  theyre everywhere and when one that seems legit turns up and I sign up I always get burned.  So i got the postcard in the mail from smart tools....I signed up...paid the 3.91 postage and started my 15 day free trial.  Has anyone had POSITIVE results with them??  If so PLEASE email me....Im terrified!!!  I just bought a printer so I could start this business and already Im having doubts.     Yes! I am currently using Smart Tools and have actually made money. It is not a scam... As with this type of business you can expect to get a 1 - 2% response; but don't get discouraged the amount of money from each response is very good. The Smart Tools program is very useful and simplifies effort required.  The negative stuff you've read about Smart Tools is from people who don't stick with it long enough to have it work.
