Automatic deduction of amount

I was surfing google and other websites on 13 January 2013, in a site I found a link "click to see video" but neither video downloaded on my phone nor seen on the site. But suddenly I received and SMS from Airtel that
Sender: AT AIRINF
" Thanks for downloading the video from Airtel. You have been charged Rs. 99/-"
I contacted Airtel customer care at 121, but the excutive told me that " You have downloaded the video, Rs. 99 charged is correct for that". I told her in detail that there was no information about this charge, and no video is downloaded, I even asked her check airtel record properly. Then shed asked me to talk to her senior and put me on HOLD for a long time. After 4-5 minutes the call disconnected automatically.
I tried to contact Aitel several times after this conversation but everytime my calls were disconnected automatically after hearing the voice " You will be charged 50 Paise per minute" and call disconnected.
After 2-3 hours, I called customer care with a DIFFERENT AIRTEL MOBILER number, and this this time call get connected, I repeated the same problem of automatic deduction of Rs.99 from my Airtel number 9312907422, the executive again put me on HOLD to talk to his seniors. As expected after few minutes the call got disconnected again! I again tried to speak to customer care, but same process is being repeated mean Airtel customer care blocked both of my Airtel number for speaking to customer care.
This is very hectic and ridiculous.
If anyone makea a call to Airtel they will pick-up but after hearing the issue they puts the customer on HOLD.
Deduction of Rs.99 is not a big issue, the issue is that this is not my fault, they why AIRTEL deducted the amount.
Anyway....thank God...Mobile Portability is available!

I was surfing the net on my phone,
I got a messege saying : Thanks for downloading himmatwala from airtel, you have been charged rs. 99.
whereas i didn't do so.
That's a cheap way to earn money.
When i contacted the customer service, they said that i have used the service. I have been using this number for more than three years and I am a loyal customer who pays bills on the day they are generated.
Plus, I am a software engineer and using internet for a decade, Don't I know what i have done and what i have downloaded.
I can pay double than 99, but i wont allow cheating
