I opened up my online banking account and noticed this charge on my account for $19.95 from WC Essntls for home with an 800# after it.  I called the number and was told that they would cancel my membership.  I asked what membership and they told me that they didn't have that information, that they were just the call center for membership cancellations.  The man on the phone started arguing with me when I told him that he had to have the company's name that placed the charge on my account.  This guy kept telling me that he didn't have that information so I said I wanted to speak to his supervisor...he hung up on me.  I called my bank and am having them look into this and have my account reimbursed for the charge.  My bank stated that it looked as if when I ordered prints from Snapfish and gave them my card # that this WC Essntls for home charged my account within seconds of Snapfish charging my account.  So look out those of you that use Snapfish...you'll find yourself joining some club that you have no clue about. In the end I had to cancel my card and am having a new one issued.

    These memberships are established when you 1)make a purchase over the phone from an infomercial, 2)cash a live check you recieved in the mail, 3)make a purchase online w/o reading the fine print or w/o unchecking the offer box, 4)signing up for a service like 'mystery services' or 'secret shoppers', 5)signing up to complete surveys or receive a 'free' sample or 6)loaning your information to someone and they do one of the above without your knowledge.

    Membership services does not keep track of the affiliate that offered the membership to you b/c that is not their company; Membership services can only provide information pertaining to the memberships they offer.

    The membership benefits can only be accessed online and if you wish to cancel then you call the customer service phone number. If you call to cancel, then you are canceled and will not be billed in the future. If you request a refund, then you will show the refund on one of your following 2 statements depending on when your account generates (most callers mistake the refund for another charge).

    I just had this happen to me and I juced an order with snapfish a couple of days a go and I never signed up for anything.

    I read everything and checked what I read carefully

    I saw that one of you asked for the 800# . This is what I have 800-475-1942
    It is on my statement also. I used my card to buy balloons from a party store and this is also on my B.B.statement. Never heard of them.  They will be hearing from me tho.

    I HAD THIS CHARGE ON MY ACCT. TO FOR $19.95 AND 1-888-836-6877 DOESN'T WORK. I DID TRY THE PHONE # FROM THIS PAGE SO THANK YOU! i NEVER ORDERED ANYTHING. SO I DOD CALL THEM AND THEY ARE REFUNDING MY ACCT. SO BECAREFUL AND ALWAYS CHECK YOUR BANK INFO....

    I just opened my credit card to see if my deposit from the casino and resort went back on and found this $19.95 BS and I am flippin. I haven't charged any $19.95 nor do I even know this company. This is exactly why I hate putting money on my credit card because jerks like this make you want to hurt someone over stupid sh@#. I called the 800# and they are not open but I will get to the bottom of this.

    I just had this charge on my account today and it was for 19.95 and I have not purchased anything for how long on my card!! I just put money in it and then BOOM here is the charge thank you for the number will dispute it monday!!!!!

    this happen to my i just open my bank account and i saw that i was charge 16.95 for a membership i never signed for a membership i told them that i want my money back and cancel this unwanted membership. I will cancel my debit card. I WILL CALL MY BANK AND REPORT IT.

    I just had this happen to me. I was charged two charges. The 800 number that was given to me was to a place that sells stuff for cars and had no idea what WC was. I also dont remember ordering anything from snapfish, but I did make purchases online. I am so glad I Googled this and seen the complaints, I know now Im not the only one and I can tell the bank about this!!

    only purchase i made online was for ready set go infomercial thingy, and voila...now i have the extra charge.

    I Pull up my account and i had 21.95 two times from WC ESSTLS FOR and WC VALUE PLUS doest anybody know what it is i have not order anything online and a phone number i can call.

    I've had 2 charges of 24.95 on my credit card to WC*HOME ESSNTLS FOR HOME in last 2 months. First one I thought was maybe something I didn't remember buying for Christmas but now I know it must be a scam. I think it can be traced back to Bath and Body Works in Bay City Mall in Michigan. I want my money back and don't want any more taken out. I will call the #888-836-6877 which was on my statement and get this taken care of.

    ive been recieving 1 dollar charges every week for months and ignored it because it was only 1 dollar. just today after going to the bank to put a stop payment on 1 dollar charges they charged me 24.95. i called the number the bank gave me 866-449-9191. never make it to a representative they keep me on hold for hours

    i called the 866 number. its from webcams.com they will refund the money if you ask but its a perv website. blame your husbands lesbian wives and children or admit to wanting to watch that stuff

    after canceling and getting my money back i found another 25 dollar charge today and called the 800 number to see if it was different they refused to refund my money and apparently no matter how many times i cancel they start it back up again someone help
