They are a fraudulent company

They transferred funds into my account and said a purchase was made from my online site. I have never agreed to have Square as a payment processor so I contacted Wix, who said Square had merged with them and it was a courtesy. So I shipped the $2k Chanel bag with signature and insurance and have proof it was delivered. Square debited $1349 from my account when the purchase was $1299 and now I don’t have my bag either!! Right afterwards they deactivated my account (which is fine, I didn’t want it) but you can’t call anyone for help!! The actual line tells you that we do not offer customer support to non clients! Well whenever a problem arises, they shut down your account so they don’t have to deal with the fact, they processed a payment, told me to ship, I provided proof of delivery, and they still want the money also! SCAM SCAM!! I have contacted the postal inspector and made a police report along with contacting the Attorney General. Hopefully this system gets shut down.
