This morning I was checking my bank account to see my current balance. It come to my surprised and anger that company taken $57.61 out of my account without my knowledge. So I contact then through video phone service (VRS)that sign language interpreter communicate between me and the caller. They refused to take the call. However they violated my rights to use sign language interpreter plan to do something about it. As I was recommend to call them through CSR live chat. Finally was able to get through but they taken alot of my time which felt fishy. I told them that I closed that account back in May, which they lied about the account was no longer activated. Please do not trust these people or allows them to mislead you whatever you apply for grants or other etc. Personally I feel they are greedy for money!

    "Grant" scams are set up to take your money, and keep taking it as long as they can.

    Do not depend on some scammer to give you your money back, when you already know they set out to steal it.

    Instead, tile a dispute with your bank.  Your bank can reverse disputed charges, under FRB Reg. E, if you dispute within 60 days of the statement date of the statement showing the disputed charge.

    Same here. I agreed to pay $2.97 shipping fee for information to be sent. First thing I know, it was not for shipping but for 72 hours of "FREE" access to the Grant site. Then they withdrew without my consent 57.61 @ 1.04% total $ 62.00 CAD and $5.00 overdraft in my account.
    They say I agreed to automatically relieve my account of the money......RIGHT...The same day of them withdrawing, i called my ank, got the "subscription" cancelled and I am still fighting to get a partial reimbursment of 40.00 (to be deposited 10-15 working days after their approval. Basically, O NOT DEAL WITH CANADA GRANTS.....IT WILL COST YOU 70 DOLLARS AND TAKE YOU 1 MONTH TO GET 40 BACK..........SCAM SCAM SCAM...247CSR SCAM

    they got me too. Same exact totals, they also used the name of a freind of mine as a testimonial for there services!

    Same happened here and my charge was unauthorized as well. I have contacted the local authorities and my bank...we'll see what happens.
