Harrassing vulgar/sexual phone calls demanding $$

This company keeps calling a person at her work (where I am at as receptionist). Because we do not take personal phone calls, he keeps calling back and using very bad vulgar language asking us to do sexual things to him (in a very bad way) calling us very bad names. The number used is in Norwalk OH, another called today and is listed in LosAngelas, CA.
Per the LAW, if a collector harrasses you, you can file a lawsuit against them and collect 4 times the amount they are trying to collect from you! IT IS against the law for what they are doing!!!!
DO NOT PAY them any $$, SUE them instead!
We are calling the police and complaining in each state they call from!

They aren't in any of the states suggested by their area code.
They are probably calling via VoIP, which allows them to cheaply call the U.S., and appear under a range of area codes, even spoofing caller itd.
There is no real "debt", and whoever they are trying to reach, to harass and extort, does not owe them anything. They might be targetted just by finding information on the internet, or possibly they might have been suckered into applying on a fake "payday loan application" website.
The Indian extortion scammers are probably the crudest of the crooks pulling this con.
Transfer them them to an unanswered line, or let them listen to music or a commercial.
You might contact Vitelity LLC, VoIP telecom to the scams, and ask them if the numbers are connected to one of their "clients".
