Bad service and bad food

I ordered a 16pc meal and a 9pc chicken strips ,one the potatoes were like water and the chicken strips were so hard you could not eat them, my dog would not eat them. I called up the KFC at 4210 Noland rd in Idep. mo and talked to a lady on the phone and told her my problem and she told me to bring my receipt up and that she would put my name in the book. I then asked her if I should bring the strips back she said nojust my receipt , when my husband went up the next day no one new anything about it and the cashier was very rude.we spent almost $55.00 up there that day which was 02/20/2017 ido not like being called a liar .
