Terrible Lobster Dinner

I ordered the new lobster and mac and cheese dinner $23.  It said Maine Lobster which I don't think that little tail was.  I had broccoli that was cold and not cooked with no taste, sent it back and came warm and not cooked, I tried the mac and cheese and that was dry as a bone that couldn't even see cheese,  Sent that back and got it after we already finished eating.  The lobster was also over cooked.  I had little to eat for the money and don't want to go back. This was in Oro Valley Az.
