Wrong dialer tone

Had asked for the song tum hi ho to be activated as a dialer tone, but i get idea cellular dialer tone. very unhappy . called thrice the cust service dept but no one seems to understand the issue . they say your dialertone will activated within 48hrs for the above request and again it doesent play the requested dialer tone .even the money for the wrong dialer tone was not refunded.
