I keep getting phone calls and emails from this company stating that they are going to issue a summons for me and are suing me and all types of other things, the one guy even said that he would be waiting for me at my place of work in the am (he was not but still) this can't be legal and they won't send me any paper work about this debt, they tell me that they cannot release that information. what is going on?

    These guys area bunch of crooks running an extortion racket. by phone using real cheap VoIP to target Americans.

    They aren't debt collectors, and any "debt" they claim you "owe" is fake.

    They are probably calling from overseas, looking for suckers, so ignore their threats.
    They aren't going to be waiting at "your place of work", or anywhere else on this side of the planet.
    Stop talking to them, as that just encourages them to harass you more.

    Or if they keep harassing you anyway, harass them back.  Others have reported that can work to send the message that you aren't going to be conned.  

    They are often reported to have thick Indian accents.
    Any thick accents?

    Keep a record of the time and date of the phone calls or record them then report the harrassment to your phone compnay and the police.  Many phone companies can block numbers and you might want to contact them and ask if they can do this.
