So 7 years ago I get a 1200 dollar bill in the mail for one month I called Rogers and they had a bunch of charges that they wouldn't reverse for minutes they say I used... who uses 1200 dollars in minutes In one month? So I told them to cancel my plan and that I wasn't paying them a cent above my normal rate... well of course they send the account to a collections which I finally gave in and settled on 800 dollars... well I paid and just now 6 years later they call me again and say that my account has never been settled and that I owe them 1600 now... I called Rogers and they say well prove that u paid and that it is my problem and that they can't help me... class act service reps... I hope Rogers goes belly up they are the sleeziest company on the earth...

    Rogers Wireless the worst ever in cellular service when they make a mistake! They cover up for each others mistakes therefore they simply lie to the customer! Believe me they are trained to cover up each others mistakes if they discover the mistake! The [***] will never change!! [***] Rogers Wireless!! They retention department is called a saves department as they are the Reps that save you after they discover the service reps [***] up! You can get 1000 Canadian Long Distance free or for a fee of $5! They also can credit the 5 bucks if you ask them. Depending on how bad the [***] up is you can also get 3 months unlimited calling but be carefull as the sly [***] will also try to reset your contract for 3 years without telling you!  They are a very greedy company which could give  a F*** if you cancel as they just say next as I am now saying! Never again with Rogers will i pay a penny on a contract phone! Also get a 7 or 9 dollar credit for 3 years plus early evenings from 5 or 6 for free depending on the Reps mistake!! All you do is ask for the cancellations department and indicate you are going to cancel your contract  and make sure when your transferred it is a cancellations rep not another customer service rep! They do it all the time especially to customers who are angry and loud! All you have reviewed here is true as I have first hand knowledge!! Believe me and try it as I am telling every being I know to do this if ever you have an issue with Rogers Wireless regardless of there [***] up billing, hardware, repairs anything they make a mistake at! Follow my advice and you will get these perks for free!! Just ask and you'll see, if one rep won't do what you want, just say you'll think about the situation and call back and speak with another rep as you will get a rep that will eventually give you what you want! After 8 years if big issues with Rogers, SEE YA!
