    Typical "aggressive marketing"..
    Some magazine publishers just pretend they never got cancellations.
    File a BBB complaint, since that forces it into a different response channel, where they have to respond to avoid getting dinged.
    In your complaint, note that you sent them a cancellation notice by mail, but you are still getting bills.
    If that doesn't work, file a complaint with FTC or US Postal Inspector.
