Drop call - out going call- incoming call - can't receive.

I been having trouble with my sprint cell phone for the last three months and all they keep telling me is the tower is being work on so my phone is rumoring and I'm being charge for it so we have a real problem I need help to contact the right people I'm very sick and this is my only phone to the outside world please help me
