I just got this email saying they are taking me to court about a loan I took out. Never took out a loan nor do I go by that name anymore or live at the address listed. If they were a real company and a real debt then they would know I'm in a different state, name, address,  and my "job."

Ignore & block the caller --  emails are NOT official notification of debt.

I received email from Antwoine Garlington with Franklin Law Group. Claiming I owe Cash Advance 800 dollars. I knew it was a scam right away so I am posting this to help others.

I laughed for 5 straight minutes.  The grammatical errors are hilarious.  I actually replied:

    Dear Antwoine,

Thank you for this notification.  I will meet you at the courthouse on Tuesday.  I will bring buckets of cash to pay off a debt I never incurred.  Maybe we can have lunch after?

I hope he (if he is even real) laughs as well.
