I play on online game called World of Warcraft. I have a few characters on
a server that I am messing around with and wanted to buy some gold for them. July 8, 2007 I ordered 500 gold from http://www.buy-wowgold.com/.
I payed using paypal.com which took a few days for it to go from the account to paypal.com to the company. Well, after a week of not hearing anything I emailed the company and asked them what is going on with my order. Well, they said that they would have to call for order verification. Fine, I had no problem with that, I was kind of impressed with it too. Well, another week goes by and nothing was sent to my ingame characters. Well, I emailed the company many times and stopped getting responses back from them so now I am taking matters into my own hands. Its now going on the third week, lets see if they will finally get me my gold, probably not, but bugging them makes me feel better. So dont buy from http://www.buy-wowgold.com/. They suck!!!!!

They have a live chat section which just brings you to email. There is no phone number to contact them on the site. (new rule: never order unless phone number). I sent them an email after it had been a day. I receive an auto-reply saying thank you for your patience, due to high volume it will take a few more hours.
Sent another email a day later and receive the same auto-reply. I have sent numerous email since with no reply.(by numerous I mean at least a dozen) It is very frustrating when the dialogue only goes one way. It is now Thursday and when I checked under my account on there website, instead of my order stating processing like usual, it now says processed. I have not received anything from these people.
Am I getting scammed? Why no emails or phone calls from them? This is all so frustrating. In total I spent $45 on this purchase which should have been delivered within a day. Now we are going on a week soon and they won't even get back to me and they lie on there website stating that I have been paid.
They paid me in person via trade window - No problems and were very friendly.
The online chat was also very handy and they were very quick to respond
