Calls from P D S 817-284-0509
These calls are originating from Precision Dialing Services at 1100 E Campbell Rd, Ste 150, Richardson, TX 75081-6745. Their toll-free number is 800-950-8032, Business Telephone 214-343-7374, Fax 214-340-4533, Website www.ushealthgroup.com. They told me they buy lists of telephone numbers from Experian (formerly MetroMail). Call Experian at 402-458-5247 to have your telephone number removed from lists they sell to telemarketers. Call P D S at 800-950-8032 to have your telephone number removed immediately from their call lists.

    They should still be scrubbing their list monthly against the FTC-maintained Buying a list from Experian, even if you had been an Experian customer, does not transfer any "existing business relationship" exemption to the Do Not Call list.

    Do Not Call lists, or they are in violation of the law.  

    If they are not buying the Do Not Call lists, and they are calling consumers whose phone numbers are on the Do Not Call list, they are in violation of the law.

    They call and hang up.......We are on the DO NOT CALL LIST........How do they get our number and what is the nature of their calls....What do they want?!!!!

    They call over and over for at least a year and won't stop. They call all hours of the night and day. These pos are criminals and should be arrested and imprisoned for life. They are the worst of the worst scumbags. Keep reporting them to the DNCRS registry. Click on file a complaint. Maybe someday they will stop these predators. https://www.donotcall.gov/

    They called me before I had my first morning cup of coffee. They are damn lucky I just got up.
    They wanted to know if I was paying out of pocket for health care.

    Well, it's not of their business.

    The guy is in violation of Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) This is intended to help people keep their information private.

    Found heavy breathing, open line, no message on my home phone answering machine on 9/14/09.  I am on both the Florida "Do Not Call List" and the national "Do Not Call List".  Why aren't they paying attention?  I should not have to call them and ask to be removed from their list when I did not solicit them.

      I have been called by this same no.....telling me I am going to be served papers at my work and have my wages garnished but if I want to work out a settlement plan it would be better for me to do that. Her name is Denise Hall. I have cried and worried myself sick over this until someone told me that that phone no was fraud!!!

    Chip Parker called me and said he was calling on behalf of a third party and if I didn't return his call today I would be "hit with a 1099" whatever that means.  Don't know this guy or what he wants.  Called my office number and it came up as an "unknown" on caller ID!!

    They are attempting to sell health insurance - I guess they are cashing in on scaring consumers in this era of health care legislation in Washington - and they use other phone numbers as well, all starting in area code 817. Just file a complaint at FTC.gov; it only takes about two minutes to complete the complaint form.

    I have a new idea, why don't we get together and form a group of 20,000 or so people that are fed up of being harrassed by these [***] artist and publish a daily number which all of us can call repeatedly and tie up their phone lines indefinitly.

    I'm sure they won't mind their phone lines being tied up for hours by our group, since they take up so much of our time why don't we simply return the favor.

    I received a call from PDS. Phone # 817-284-0509, Date 3/4/10 at 9:12 a.m.
    I have received calls from them before, getting no message when I answered. I'm tired of the harrassment!!!

    I am sick of these calls, they start at 8 am  carry on all day until 9 pm. whether i answer or not. Turned off vm just because they blow it up with no message except hte breathing or back ground noise.
