Quicken Loans and Don Grabow were amazing!

I must admit, at first I was a little nervous to apply for a loan through the telephone and Internet. Unlike other transactions that I have done over the phone/internet like QVC, E-Bay, and booking a 6 thousand dollar dream vacation for my husband and I, my mortgage was a bigger commitment.
After a few days of searching on-line and talking to an array of mortgage guys ranging from folks that sounded young enough to be my kids age, the pushy type and talking to people who didn’t even know how to spell mortgage let alone handle my mortgage. I then came in contact with a gentlemen named Don Grabow from Quicken Loans who was extremely informative, upfront and very friendly. He answered all of my questions and concerns and even returned my calls on a weekend. I cannot think of one profession that returns calls on a weekend unless its life threatening but Quicken Loans is one of a kind.
Now this is not my first time refinancing so I am familiar with the process and I am aware of hidden costs and fees. This is not my first dog and pony show per say.
Quicken Loans executed everything that they promised to do for me from day one. I saw all my documents within ten minutes after giving a 500 dollar deposit to lock in my rate which was given back to me at closing. My rate was locked, none of the costs changed, and the process was so easy. The closing took place at my home and I must admit that this was the greatest experience that I have ever had with a lender. Their whole staff is professional and very efficient.
I have since then referred all my friends and family to Don Grabow at Quicken Loans as I know that they will receive the same honesty and integrity that I did. I would advise anyone who is looking to refinance to call Quicken Loans.
