They said that my Visa card had been temporaly suspended and they needed to know the numbers on the card and when it expired and my code to access  at the ATM. Please let me know if this was a scame. My number is 504-615-2676 or home number 985-652-8709.

    Yes it is a classic phishing scam.  

    Your credit union doesn't need to ask you for any of your account or access information.  They already have it.

    If you gave them any information, contact your credit union IMMEDIATELY to block access and get a new card issued.  They can do this immediately with one phone call, and they should also be able to check if any fraudulent charges have been submitted.

    Also, posting your phone numbers on the internet in connection with a fraud attempt may attract calls from other scammers, possibly pretending to be your credit union or law enforcement, so beware.
