Dispute fraudulent charges through your bank, and close the account due to fraud to prevent additional fraudulent charges.  Follow up with a written fraud dispute or fraud affidavit sent to your bank's dispute address from your statement.  Your bank can reverse fraudulent charges if you dispute them promptly.

File fraud complaints with FTC, your state Attorney General, and at www.ic3.gov

When I got back from winter vacation I found this charge on my work mastercard. I was not even here for the week and a half before this charge.
Not sure where or how they got my credit card number but I defiantly did
not order or receive a credit score. The charge was for $19.95.
Seems like the fraud department in the bank should see all these and not
let any charges go thru to companys like these. Cut off the flow of cash
and maybe they would go away for a while.
I called my credit card company and disputed it right away since I did not
want to call the credit score people and have to give info to them so they could "look up my account" to reverse it. The less info they have the better. I did call the number afterwards just to see who or what would answer and got a machine. Did not enter anything since I did not really want to talk to anyone there.
