1) request was made to shift broadband. As promised it shud have been working in 3 days but it took almost one month 1.e. from 3rd July to 29th July , broadband did not work.
2) Again broadband not in order after 2 days.
3) I received bill for all the duration within which it was not working. No correction to the bill was done. I called so many times for the same, but all in vain.
4)Request was made to deactivate the connection in first week of August. No action is taken since then and I have chased up for the same so ma y times even when I am not in city.
5) I have received a wrong bill again without any correction and airtel customer care either has no solution or will not receive the call.
