Damage Furniture

August 17, 2013, I bought a recliner sofa and a computer desk from Ashley's furniture store in 561 Route 46 West, Fairfield, NJ. They were delivered to me damage by their delivery guy and I refuse to keep  the damage furniture, Upon delivery i called the store and now they are telling me that their delivery guy is responsible to repair the furniture or  pay me for the furniture. I requested to speak to their manager which is Travis and he is still refusing to give me my money back. After speaking with Travis 6 times and getting no where . Today September, 2 2013 they still have not paid me my money.$1316.03 so, I am TAKING THEM TO COURT. HORRIBLE STORE
