This company sent me an email today with all my personal banking information and drivers liscence to my personal email address. The company they listed isn't a company I've ever done business with. It was for Ace Loans Online. I've never taken out a loan with this company before and don't know how RRS got my info. When I called RRS the first time I got a recording for a Walmart gift card. Then when someone answered and I asked to speak with someone they just listened then hung up. When I called back the number was busy. I have hire an attorney and I am looking to sue them for fraudulent debt collection attempt and for threatening a Federal Wage garnishment.

I just received an email from Rapid Recovery           ( Randy Anderson) that they notified me February 2016 (no date) of the proceedings and I have 24 hours to respond or they will register my case.   I have no accounts with nor have I ever heard of this company.  He said I owe $954 and they will fax my employer and confiscate my wages, good luck with that.  Nothing in that email was worded correctly nor were terms used appropriately.  The email is clearly a scam.

I got email from them stating notice from wages. I want to sue. How can they just get by threatening the poor or people that can't even afford insurance.  Something must be done.

I received this exact email from recoverysolutionsrapid@gmail.com saying that I took out a loan with first cash advance Inc. And later ACE cash express pertaining to the same claim. They say they have 14 types of evidence, the ssn/and email address plus the date I e-signed the loan. After some back and forth emails I subsequently reported this to the attorney generals office of consumer protection as it's a scam or fraudulent. I never took out a loan.
