Are they billing you for them?
If they're sending you bills for stuff you didn't order, then file a mail fraud complaint with the US Postal Inspector. You can also file fraud complaints with FTC and your state AG. Receiving them without ordering them does not obligate you to pay for them. It doesn't even obligate you to tell them you don't want them to still have no liability for stuff you didn't order. If you want to cancel, contact the magazine publishers directly. If they brush you off, trying to send you back to Keystone, which you can't reach, tell them you're filing a mail fraud complaint against them.
