harassing phone calls

Constant phone calls, different times of day & night.  Don't identify themselves but do trip answering machine.  Using caller id I know sho they are.  Called them & asked why they are calling.  Say they are collecting for a hospital stay.  Informed them the stay was under CA. workers compensation & they were responsible for all charges.
