Service and food quality

My husband and I went to KFC in Marshalltown Ia this evening for supper. It was 6:15 Pm when we walked into the store. It is 89 degrees outside and the air is broken. We order 2 meals and there is a 10 minute wait for biscuits, at supper time. I got the wrong meals. The girl that helped us was very rude when I ask where our meals were after we waited 15 mins. I had told her we didnt need the biscuit if there was a wait since it was ungodly hot in there. Very Disappointed in my food and the service!!!
