these is due to title max loan in Amarillo Tx and its located on grand st on I-40

I was past due 350.00 with my loan and my car was up for repose and I tried to pay on my loan and the girl at the desk said for me to keep my money because they wanted the whole amount. The loan wasn't supposed to go through due to it was my title and the pay stub wasn't mine it was my boyfriend's. He didn't sign on the loan but I did and he got half the money so 500. The loan was for 1022.00 and they put me on hold when they reposed my car in Childress Tx at Walmart. I called Title Max and did what they told me to and the co-workers there would put me on hold and they would say that they were with another customer. So I never got to speak to them untill I went in person to ask about my car. They told me that I was sold at an auction and that I could pick my things up at IAA . When I went to the office at Title Max and told that girl where my car was and she told me that it was sold at an auction i told her i never received any documents from them telling me and they never answered my phone calls because they would put me on hold.
