I live at 102 Troy in Lubbock,Tx..My home is completely payed for and all taxes are paid in full.Across the street at 102 N, Troy ,my neighbors (dead for two years ) home is being foreclosed on. Bank of America sends all mail correspondents and property personal to my address.I keep telling everyone that they are at the wrong address ,but they keep coming to my door.I call the for-closer companies and Bank of America, but the keep on coming to my door .What a bunch of dumb butts.Does anyone in this whole know how to do their jobs properly anymore ??????????????????? What a joke this is , if only , it was happening every time i turned around . Try to correct them and they still can't get it right.

You really don't want your address on records in any way associated with someone else's mortgage, particularly when your house is really close to the one they have a lien against. They hire dumb-ass robosigners to "check" these foreclosures, and in the hands of an idiot a pen is a dangerous weapon. At least you are living on site to catch them if they screw up and show up unannounced to change the locks.
You might want to consult with an attorney about whether there is any action you can take that might better establish negligence or malice to assist you in recovering damages should they screw up.
