Health hazards-Door entrance of KFCVereeniging(dirsick youth scratching their soars at the entrance)

During the lunch time(13:55) at the door entrance of KFC Vereeniging food store sitting two dirty youths(displaced) who are also sick where further busy scratching their soars with their nails.
I reported inside the store that I am not happy with the KFC Vereeniging food store what was happening. I just imagine how many customers who returned after experiencing this situation. Feedback I received from the staff members they tried on several times to intervene but these youths will always returned. When leaving the KFC Vereeniging food store, I approach them, and requested them to leave or use another space not food store. How can I buy food in this type of the environment(dirty place).
I hope you will intervene.
