I bought 3 cartridges from InkAndToner4Less.com. As soon as they arrived I open one cartridge and saw loose ink all over it. I cleaned it a bit and installed it. The printed pages had streaks on them. I then opened the last two cartridges and saw the same picture: loose ink all over them.
It was my first order and the last one.
