I am one of so many travellers who feels fooled by cheapoair. I had to change a flight from san diego to San francisco sue to my connection with Asiana Airlines. I had only 1.25 hrs. Between
connections but according to Asiana this is not enough time as their counter closes 1 hour before
departure. Cheapoair should know this and book tickets accordingly. I talked to a very pushy person sounded like in India telling me I should pay 450$ now otherwise it would get even more expensive. I did not was cery upset. Called again the next day trying to get through, long hold time. Talked to a so called "manager" got the price down to 350$ which is still too much. Including penalty airline which is 100$ Virgin Airline charges plus difference in fare and fees. This is outrageous but I did it. I am disputing 200$ and I will also contacted themBetter business bureau.
This is a horrible company I will NEVER book with again or recommend. I rather book with the airlines directly. This is not over yet till I get this money back
