CARD SERVICES

I have had several calls from CARD SERVICES asking for me by first name only. Today it was an automated call stating I was being called about my current credit card and to press one for more info.  So, I did to find out who these con-artists were.The caller identified himself RANDY and I asked for his company name and phone number.  He said he would give it to me then ranted like a complete lunatic and said " I know what you're doing and all the rest of you people". "Call your [***] and everyone else to report us".  Then he hung up on me.  Then I closed my jaw, because it dropped!  I star 69nd the call but it was not listed or private.  Randy, your customer service skills need some serious work dude.  Your company is a fraud.  You're a criminal.
