I also had a bad experience with these folks, only I got suspicious after entering a site that was not at all what I expected. I read of many people who had been duped out of $79.86 on this "Grant Locator WWW.fed-pack.com/kit"
I called the number listed on the first site and had a conversation with an Asian woman, telling her of my findings. I told her that i was not interested in the Kit and wanted to cancel due to the complaints of unauthorized withdrawals of $79.86. She said that she could do this, seeing that I canceled within the first 24 hours. Well guess what,she lied!. My next statement from Visa showed the $79.86 charge. I am now in dispute with Visa concerning this charge by these crooks. I'm pissed!

About 3 wks ago i applyed for a 50,000 dolar grant and i gave them my card number thinking that i was realy going to get help and today barely i read this complaints i am upset and dissappointed. this is fraud and it needs to be stoped NOW!!!!

THIS HAPPENED TO ME AS WELL. I CALLED TO FIND OUT WHY THE CHARGE OF $57.61 WAS TAKEN OUT OF MY ACCOUNT, I ONLY AUTHORIZED $2.97 FOR A ONE TIME TRANS ACTION. I CALLED MY BANK AND THE COMPANY. I WAS TOLD I WOULD ONLY GET A PARTIAL REFUND OF $40.00 TAKE IT ARE LEAVE IT. THE COMPANY NEED TO BE SUED. IF YOU HAVE A COMPLAINT ABOUT THIS CALL THE COMPANY AT 1-866-7182030. A SMART MOUTH WOMEN MIGHT ANSWER THE PHONE AND TRY TO OVERTALK YOU BECAUSE SHE KNOW IT IS WRONG. THEY NEED THEIR A-- WIPPED. TIMES ARE TO HARD TO BE TAKING ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE.

I got charged almost $7.00. Now I have to shut down my debit card and get one with different numbers on it. It is a scam.

yes I read all of the complaints to. I just call these people and cancelled she said ok I will cancelle. I gave them my credit card number all ready. now Im scared to death. I paid them 2.95 out of my credit card. I wish tha I had check them out first. I was so excited that I was not thinking.because I really need that money. I will not make that mistake again. so thank u so much.

I paid then read all these comments.Without wasting a single minute I called my credit card company and canceled the card right away.How surprising!A well designed web page with whole lot of information and nobody takes care of these scoundrels.

Thought I was paying $2.97 for a one time charge,to get a kit,got an e-mail stating that they no longer send out the kit,but instead give you a user ID and password to their website,that I could not access with said ID and password. called customer support because they had also charged me 58.76 without approval,was told that it was for a monthly membership,that I also did'nt approve,I was told it was automatic because I did'nt cancel within 24 hours,funny it took them over 24 hours to send me the e-mail so I could not have canceled in time,was able to contact through liveperson chat and got $40.00 back,still they got $21.78 for nothing

Well that totally sucks I just did that today thank gos I have a pre payed debit card and I put in the just right amount of 2.97 but I know more than likley after reading all of this that this is probably a scam I really hate that this is my second time being scammed

Thank God! I just ran across this email of complaints about Fed-pack.com/kit because I just looked at my bank statement and I see that them [***] got me for $57.61 when I only authorized a payment of $2.97. I called them right away and I was told that the $2.97 is for a one day user fee in which I was not able to use because the password did not work and YES! it's a asian woman who answered and tried to over talk me and only offer $40.00 back. Then she couldn't answer as to why I was to pay a $17.61 fee to them when they're website is screwed up. I told her that I would be going to my bank about this scam and she gave me another confirmation # stating that I would get back my $57.61 charge within 5-7 business days and that my membership was cancelled. Very upset in PA!

yeah it does appear that fedpack.con/kit is scaming people. I talked with two opperaters and a suport team and still didn't get on the web page. I will keep try, and calling. the no. they gave me is 1-866-978-3071 and 1-866-978-3281 and the support team can be had at 247csr.com

Thx so much 4 ur complaint after giving the authorization i started reading the complaints from everyone. I think i beat them to the punch and went and withdrew what little i had left in there so they didn't get no more the the 2.97. If that's what i have to do every pay period then so be it. Atleast i no now not to fall 4 that kind of [***] again. Thank you very much.

I just applied to get this supposed grant kit. I went on the web site and to my surprise there is no web site. All I read were numerous complaints about this web site. I called their customer service line and got this very rude asian woman that hung up on me, so I called back and got someone else told her that I wanted to cancel. She said that the charge was taken off. Since I have a prepaid card where I control how much is in there that they will not be able to take anymore. Going to call to see if I can block them. I am with everyone who has complained here, these people need to be found and stopped. Is there any safe web site to get government grants?

You are right, they are a scam. There is no web site and I have the same numbers that you have. I called and got a rude asian woman. Luckily I have a prepaid card so I was able to cancel this card and be issued a new one. This site was supposed to secure with McAfee security system but I guess they are not reliable. There is no safe web site. Very Mad in Ohio.

Well people, Akk of this happened to me also, I was charged $57,61, and onlt $2.97 was authorized, I feel so stupid for falling for this scam, well, I learned a very good lesson, try to find a better way to make money, I am working on how to stop these scam artist, it will be done.
