The agent do not speak english well and could not explain why I need to buy insurance from them. He said it is state minimum and to rent the car, I need to buy insurance coverage from them. He even sold the toll package for 45 $ saying tolls in florida do not accept cash.

All lies and cheating tourists.

    Indian guy with turban, first impression very welcoming and chatty. He insisted on a firm handshake and plenty of banter. I did warm to him i think i was getting soft due to climate in the world today. Felt sorry on how the public may not understand his faith and could easily be prejudice or even ignorant. Takes confidence to wear a turban. After all of this was in my head i realised this guy doesnt deserve any sympathy. Hes nothing but cheat, liar, greedy, money hungry individual. He screwed me and my company over in £50 a day upgrade for 26 days. This guy gives indian people a bad name !!!!
