Please send your staff to attend customer service courses. Your staff and your food are comparing notes on who could be the worst. 2010 is around the corner, and frankly speaking 90% of SA's population will agree that KFC is gonna be a huge embarrasment to our Country. Shape up or get out of the game!!!!!!!!!

    I agree with you about the kfc drive through, but I can also say that it's the people that are serving that is the problem. I use to work at kfc and if they have the products down they will be able to have fast service but not everyone works and thinks like me.
