Unwanted credit card phone calls

We are all directing our anger in the wrong direction. It's the FCC that we should be pissed off at. We as US citizens and tax payers pay  all their wages and benefits and expect them to be able to protect us from these types of herassing calls and scams. This has been going on for years. We have a do not call system which dose not help, a on going investgation which my continue for a number of years and perhaps a million or more complaints. Give me a break. Lets land a man on Mars, maybe we can get that done sooner. Vote all the bums out of office.
