No compensation against my loss

My Consignment No. - 4461991, Product code-11 Sofa cum Bed Torn up, Cooking Items were all eaten up by Rats. They delivered after 15 days. Neither they pay any compensation nor any one came to inspect for the same. Horrible service, i will never suggest any one to choose agarwal packers. Its better to use a local movers & packers.Last time i did with Sivasha was far far better. Does'nt make sense to invest such huge amount for the worst services.
