cancellation

Called and cancel in October. I was told I have to give them 30 day notice so I paid for one more month. I had to go to the club and sign a cancellation paper and then e mail them of my cancellation so I did.  My e mails came back stating unable to deliver called again in November told them the situation told them the email address and tried again same thing happened.  So I mailed the information to them in  January so they  so  they  say I  owe  for two more months and   sent it to a collection agency.
