foolishing by name of deactivation

will you please deactivate game club for infinity days. I was lose my 20 rupees at four times. I was compaint and deactivated by your customer care representative. But that is automatically activated another 3 times.please help me to overcome this complaint. Other ways I would like to port my sim card...
