Fraudulent charges

I purchased the ring for $20 and after receiving the ring a salesman called trying to give me a pair of earrings and selling me a neclace for $36.98.  I declined both however a week later they charged my checking account that amount.  I called the company and they said that amount was for the ring.  The charge was for a CZ earring/necklace set on my checking account and I had to send in a bunch of documentation to the company for the to 'research' the error.  I am very frustrated since I was very clear that I DECLINED the free pair of earrings and DECLINDED the purchase of the necklace.  It looks like by what I have read online that this company does this to each person that purchases the ring.
