I got rid of Direct TV for overbilling and poor Service. They sent me a box to put their equipment in. Following their instructions I packaged it up and gave it to USPS. This was January 26. Now they send me a bill for $199.00 saying they never received the equipment. After some research found out that I am not the only one they have done this too. They don't tell you but get a tracking number for the package. I trusted Direct TV but I guess they are pissed because I shut them down.

    File fraud complaints with FTC, your state AG, and the US Postal Inspector.
    Fraudulently claiming "a package didn't arrive", to profit from the falsification, is mail fraud.
