Thieves

Get to the car rental place and they demand an insurance card from my car.  The [***] at the counter gives me the fax number to have the card sent at 7 pm and my insurance company( even thorough after hours) agrees to fax it.  But he kept on picking up the fax line.   I know it's hard to find even adequate help.   The insurance company had to call back and tell me to tell the [***] to stop picking up the fax line.   The only thing they wanted was to charg me a daily surcharge for liability insurance.   NEVER REnT FROM ECONOMY RENTAL CAR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
