Charge without authorization.

I ordered their trial vitamin and sheer cover product and soon after I received the products, I called the company and cancelled the order. But they sent me another set of the product anyway and charged my account $29.95. I called the company again and explained the situation and I was told that they would cancel the order and would give me refund. I returned the reshipment products right away and called the company to make sure that my order has been cancelled. They told me that I would get a refund. A couple of month later, what do I see on my statement???? Auauthorized charge of $29.95 each by Guthy Renker Vitamin AND Sheer Cover. Simply unbelievable.
