Posing as the IRS

I have been getting calls from these people saying they are officers from the IRS saying I owe them and they was going to come get me and take me to jail this has upst me so much I have a very bad breathing problem and is heavy under Doctors car. I just learn that they have been doing this to many of people scared the people into paying it was on the news they have to be stopes I have a name if it's really his name and phone number they are calling from Dora Alabama I owe anyone never have.
