I have been receiving telephone calls from 702-520-1131 about my extended automobile warranty about to expire for 2 years now. I have no extended warranties. I even get them on my cellphone which is not listed and not under my name. I've repeatedly told them to remove me from their call list. I call the number back and it's a recording and press 2 to be removed from their call list. Nothing works. I keep getting these calls about once a week. So finally I did a little advanced internet searching and found out that this phone number is owned by Digitcom Services, 12923 Venice Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90066 , (310) 358-7000, (800) 464-5446, Fax (310) 437-4105. My suggestion to all you persons fed up with the annoying calls from this telephone number 702-520-1131, to call the Digitcom Services numbers and flood their telephone lines with complaints and annoying calls like I do!

    I get a call from here seems every week. I asked the auto dealership about it and they say they get a lot of concerned buyers telling them the same thing. The dealership said they have no idea how they find out about the warranty, but it is still just fine.

    I'm getting these, I've talked to them and they hang up when I tell them I want off their call list.  I asked to speak to a manager and they said they are all in meetings.  Once or twice a week for a month, they call.  Digitcom had me call 800-46106675 to report my number and the number that called me.  I'm afraid of getting more phone calls now.

    I have been getting these calls for the past year and now they call my job and my co-signer.  It's incredibly annoying!  No matter how many times you opt to be taken off the follow up list, they still continue to call.  It's nonsense and someone (Government Authorities) need to step in if this many people are having problems with them.

    I filed a complaint with the FTC. We had all better file with the FTC and make them do their job.  "Digicom is sponsor for someone who is making telemarketing type calls that you can't unsubscribe from or talk to anyone. They seem to be selling car warranty extensions. When I ask which vehicle, they hang up. They have called from 213/733-6197  and 702/444-4939 and 760/714-3863, which all seem to be disconnected numbers. Digicom has an 800/461-6675 number to call and report calls but the calls keep coming. I am not the only one receiving these calls. People all across the county are being annoyed by these calls at all times of the day. Googling these numbers will show you the magnitude of these annoying calls. What is the FTC going to do to stop these calls. "

    All the registration info. is bogus, a cover.  Digitcom is out of business and prohibited by the California SoS from transacting business.  Check the registry.  They were bought by another scum sucker that is using the old info conveniently.  The REAL perpetrator is:

    Since they're not authorized to transact business, they are just criminals.  The SoS has been notified.  The FTC knows.  And they are bought and paid for.  You have no voice.  The business of America is business and the preferred method is straight fraud.

    (310)358-7000 or (800) 464-5446 will get you a real person that will debate the issue.  They claim that one of their customers is using the old Digitcom data to place the calls.  Krap.  It's them.  I came across a personal communication, using the current number and address of Wildgate, being used by a "Digitcom" employee.  It is my considered opinion that Wildgate is liable on a number of counts.

    Most recent numbers to get harassing calls from these jerks are: 620-585-0104 (Kansas) and 203-899-0248 (Connecticut)  How on earth do you get on their call list?  I don't even own a car?!?

    You have to file complaints with the FCC (www.fcc.gov) and the Do Not Call Registry (www.donotcall.gov) and your Attorney General if possible.  They won't quit just because we post gripes here.  You can do the complaints on you computer.  It's very easy but unless we are diligent with our complaints, we won't get these people to stop.

    i agree with mj go to www.donotcall.gov and register a complaint maybe this will help, first you need to register your number on the donotcall.gov registry and it needs to be on it for 31 days in order for the government to step in. unfortunately, my numbers have been on the donotcallregistry but i still get calls, because our numbers have been sold to god only knows how many other companies, the legitimate companies will honor the registry but of course the scum of the earth dont care who they bug. be careful if you respond by pressing numbers. one time i pressed 1 for stop calling and it routed my number to an international number and my bill came the following month at close to $600.00 dollars. the best thing to do is keep a log of annoying numbers, keep it handy for other family members to know not to answer these calls. good luck

    How do file a class action lawsuit against Wildgate and Digitcom??

    I am getting 3 calls a day from them!!  Maybe we should call them
    at (310) 861-6100 (press 0 for customer service and just keep calling and calling and calling....Maybe they would like a taste of thier own medicine.

    I'm so glad to find that I'm not th only one they call my Home & Cell selling a Car Warrenty and also lower credit card interest rates I filed a complaint with the FTD and Consumer Protection in my State and to be honest I don't think anything will come from it I think a Class Action Suit needs to be filed the Consumer Protection Office I spoke to was aware of the problem but offered no suggestions other then the DNC which I'm already on.This is Harrasment it violates our Civil Rights the guy that called todayfrom Digitcom called me BABY thats sexual harrasment if anyone knows how we can file a class action suit I'm in e-mail me let me know.

    Quit giving people a line of crap!! You know you guys are liable, I myself have made multiple complaints to you, yet you guys do nothing whatsoever.  Hugo lets make sure everyone can contact you by calling you direct at 213 702 9900.  Let people harass you as much as your firm and lacking customers harass them.  For everyone else, "hugo" is the alleged "manager".  Anyone seeking information on the owner of the building they occupy should check back on this website.  I should have the information by tomorrow.

    I have been continuously harrassed by Digitcom's client, Telephone Management, both at home (I'M ON THE DO NOT CALL LIST!) and at work.  I have filed complaints.  Today's call at home from a Telephone Management number....PROVIDED BY DIGITCOM....was the last straw.  I contacted the FTC and formally filed a complaint.  Hey Digitcom....stop doing business with them!!  Obviously they have no problem ignoring the law.  They can't possibly be anything more than scam artists.  Digitcom is contributing to the problem by continuing to do business with them.

    I will have more info tomorrow on Wildgate Communications their lawsuits and the owners names and home addresses for all to view.  By the way, I have found this company has had some eviction filings.  Seems as if these jerks cannot make enough money to pay the rent.  Poor babies!!  I should also be able to locate the current employees names tomorrow as well
