dishonest unhonorable company

This company is dishonest and does not honor a commitment but expects you to, stay away from anything with the name Spinnaker, or you will regret dealing with these liars! We bought a timeshare and paid in full and were given a perk of extra time called the escapes, the whole reason we purchased it and then Spinnaker acquired the resort and would not honor the escapes program and kept raising the maint fees higher and higher, when they refused to honor the commitment then so did we and now they have their pitbulls calling on a daily basis, the way I see this is they did this to themselves. We also had someone willing to take the unit but Spinnaker wanted sooo much upfront money he wouldn't do it. So now they get nothing, learn a lesson Spinnaker you cannot keep hurting people some just aren't going to take it.
