I have tried to renew my Kasperksy protection software but have been able to.  My credit card has been charged $64.87.  I have tried to contact Kaspersky but to no avail.  I would like to be re-imbursed the $64.87.

Immediately contact your bank to dispute all unauthorized or fraudulent charges, under FRB Reg. E for EFT from checking accounts, or debit or check card charges, or under FCBA for credit cards, and close the account or block the card number due to fraud to prevent additional future fraudulent charges.  Follow up with a written dispute or fraud affidavit sent to your bank's dispute address from your statement.

Your bank can reverse fraudulent charges, but only if you dispute them promptly, generally within 60 days of the statement date of the statement showing the disputed charge.

You can dispute not not only unauthorized charges, but also charges where the merchant failed to deliver the product.

I ordered a anti-virus software on Nov. 3, 2010.  I have not received it, or even heard from the company.  I was however charged on my Visa account.  The order # is: 9021862042.  The total order was $39.95.  I must pay my Visa statement, but if I hear nothing from you I will call to dispute your charges you implyed.
